Delivery We ship to UK addresses only via Royal Mail. Orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of being placed.

Delivery Timeframes We use Royal Mail 3-day tracked delivery. Once dispatched, you can expect your order to arrive within 3 working days. Please allow additional time during busy periods such as Christmas.

Shipping Costs Shipping is calculated at checkout based on Royal Mail parcel rates according to the size and weight of your order.

Click & Collect You are welcome to collect your order in store at no extra charge: Karavan Eco, 167 Lordship Lane, London, SE22 8HX Monday – Saturday: 10am – 5.30pm | Sunday: 12pm – 4pm

International Shipping We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.

Tracking Where tracking is provided by Royal Mail, your tracking details will be shared with you once your order has been dispatched.
