How refills work

The cost is calculated pro rata, based on the size of the container you are refilling. We rarely turn containers away, but these tips help make the process easier:

Clear bottles are easier to fill than frosted or coloured bottles, as we can see when the liquid is nearing the top.
A bottle with its capacity clearly marked helps us price your refill correctly.
You can use any bottle you already have. If you reuse it for a different product, such as putting laundry liquid in an old washing-up bottle, label it clearly with its new contents.
Several refills can take some time. You can drop your containers off and do the rest of your shopping or have a coffee; they will be ready on your return.
